建議食法：
每日一包，可直接食用或拌入100至200毫升清水、非酒精、非碳酸類飲品或食物（低於45度）同時服用。每天任何時間皆可服用，隨餐服用效果更佳。無人工香料、色素、麩質、非基因改造。
