A dose of resistant starches which function as fibre. In the gut, they’re transformed into SCFAs, supporting the colonisation of good bacteria, and healing the gut lining.

This formula features green banana flour and organic potato starch powder – resistant starches which function as fibre. When they reach the large intestine, they’re used as fuel by the gut bacteria and cells, and in the process fermented into SCFAs (short chain fatty acids).
This process supports the colonisation of good bacteria, preventing dysbiosis. SCFAs also adjust the pH of the colon, ensuring the optimal conditions for good bacteria. One of the SCFAs produced is called butyrate, which is proven to strengthen and repair the gut lining.
SCFAs are also shown to have cardioprotective qualities, and may assist in stabilising blood pressure and cholesterol.*

Recommended Use: Take 10 grams (approximately one scoop) per day or as directed by your health‑care practitioner. Best if mixed into liquid using a blender or shaker bottle. Can also be mixed into food, such as yogurt or gluten‑free cereal. Due to the nature of resistant starch, consider starting with a smaller dose and gradually increasing to a full serving depending on your tolerance.
