International deliveries may be delayed or suspended due to reduced flight schedules and cancellations. As this is changing constantly, please visit HongKong Post to get the latest air mail updates.
Delivery in Hong Kong

When you complete your order, including payment before 12 noon, your delivery will be dispatched to our courier warehouse on the same day. Your parcel should arrive at your address within two to three business days. (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays)
Please note that Discovery Bay orders are only delivered on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, so may require an extra day to arrive. Those living in Tung Chung, Ma Wan or New Territories should also allow an additional day for delivery.

Quality and care is key to us. We use a special courier, so that items requiring temperature control are chilled. In order to guarantee that you receive your supplements in optimal condition, we request that you provide an address where an adult will be present to sign and acknowledge receipt of your package. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Our courier, SF Express will attempt delivery twice. If on neither attempt you are home, your parcel will be returned to us. You can collect your parcel from our clinic during opening hours, free of charge. A delivery fee may apply for subsequent attempts.
Though our courier (SF Express) cannot deliver to the areas listed below, we would be more than happy to arrange postage for you. Delivery is available by HK Post for HKD $60 per parcel.

Please note that we cannot deliver temperature-sensitive items via HK Post, as we cannot ensure they retain their quality during transit. If you need to buy refrigerated items, you can visit our dispensary in Central.
International parcels are delivered using SpeedPost Hong Kong. Due to limited flights resulting from the global Covid-19 situation, it may take longer than usual to arrive at your delivery address. Unfortunately, given the circumstances of no control from us on the delivery process, international orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
The cost of your delivery will depend upon the weight, size and destination of your parcel. Please note that our fees do not cover customs taxes or tariffs as we cannot predict additional charges that may be applied.
Customs regulations and laws regarding the import of supplements vary from country to country. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any import taxes and to ensure the products bought are legal in your country. Please note that handling at customs may also incur delays or confiscation of the items outside of our control. We are sorry that we cannot refund the missing items in this case.
If your items bounce at customs, we will refund you the cost of your items. You can contact your local customs office or tax authority for more information specific to your location.

Lost or damaged parcel?
We take great care in order to ensure your items reach you in good condition. However, if your items are either lost or damaged, please contact us or call us on (852) 2549 5591.
Please report missing or damaged parcels within 60 days of the dispatch date.
Suggested timescales are also subject to availability of stock.
Your order may be dispatched in more than one parcel and arrive at different times for you to receive in-stock items as quickly as possible. However you will always be notified of any changes.
